  • Account & Billing Info: When you purchase a license through Paddle, we collect billing details, email, and location required for processing payment and compliance. We do not store credit card details directly; all payments are processed securely by our billing provider.
  • License Keys & API Data: We associate your license key with your generated CLI access limits. We record the count of actions (SEO audits, keyword lookups) to enforce quota limits.
  • Command-Line Context: The CLI tool runs audits locally on your machine. When crawling websites, the HTML code and load times are analyzed locally. We do not send your audited HTML code or crawl data to our servers; only basic API request metadata (such as billing API check calls) are logged to increment your quota.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Jule-SEO licensing server.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Enforce rate limiting and monthly quota constraints.
  • Provide customer support and resolve licensing issues.

3. Data Retention

We keep your billing logs and licensing metadata as long as your subscription is active, and for standard tax and legal compliance periods thereafter.

4. Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party payment processors (Paddle) to facilitate checkout. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Our CLI tool also calls open DataForSEO API sandboxes for keyword lookups, sending only the keyword phrase queried.

5. Security

We implement standard industry-level technical measures to protect your API keys and subscription info. All communications between the Jule-SEO CLI tool and our licensing servers are transmitted securely using HTTPS.
