Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Jule-SEO. Since Jule-SEO offers digital licensing (monthly subscriptions and instant API key provisioning), we have established a clear and fair refund policy.
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Jule-SEO's features, capability, or performance, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your usage must not exceed the following metrics during the 14-day evaluation period:
- You must have run fewer than 10 audits using the Starter or Pro plans.
- You must have executed fewer than 20 keyword lookups.
This prevents abuse of our premium third-party lookup APIs while providing ample room for you to evaluate the CLI and reports inside your development workflows.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 14-day window has expired.
- Accounts that have exceeded the usage limits specified in Section 2 during the evaluation period.
- Suspended accounts due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing your Pro API key publicly).
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your license key will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for past periods.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@jule-seo.vercel.app with your license key, purchase email, and a brief description of why the tool did not meet your needs. We process eligible refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
