Welcome to Jule-SEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jule-SEO terminal-based SEO audit tool, CLI, API keys, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing a license, downloading the CLI, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Jule-SEO provides a terminal tool for site crawling, SEO audits, and keyword opportunity scoring. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the tool for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Accounts and Licensing

Each license key is for personal or organization use based on your active plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Any unauthorized distribution of your API key may result in immediate suspension of your license without refund.

3. Subscription, Payments, and Quotas

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Quotas (audit runs, keyword lookups) are determined by your plan limits:

  • Free Plan: 3 audits/month and 5 keyword lookups/month.
  • Starter Plan: 50 audits/month and unlimited keyword lookups.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited audits and unlimited keyword lookups.

If your usage exceeds your plan limits, requests will be restricted until your quota resets or you upgrade your subscription.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to crawl or query websites without proper authorization if prohibited by that website's robots.txt or terms. You agree not to abuse or attempt to overload the DataForSEO sandbox endpoints or the Jule-SEO API.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

JULE-SEO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JULE-SEO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
